Any person who contacts us requesting Membership or Guest Tickets to WoofClub will not have their personal information divulged to any third party without their consent.
This information includes email addresses, phone numbers, picture files, web profiles or any other personal information provided in helping us determine invitation and guest lists to our events.
Any individual invited to be a member of WoofClub in any of the cities in which it operates, will be listed on a membership/data base which is used solely for promoting WoofClub events.
This membership list will not be shared or sold to third parties/external organisations without your consent.
Any member may request to be removed (temporarily or permanently) from the membership list by e: getmeoff [AT] woofclub [DOT] com.
In the subject line, please put - "UNSUBSCRIBE" - with your city name.
If a member requests permanent removal, we will also remove all that member's personal information from our database.
Should that member wish to re-apply for membership, they will need to provide new information in order for us to assess the suitability of their application.
